All editorial articles, photography, typography designs, code assets, custom layouts, logos, graphics, and interface animations are the exclusive intellectual property of Aether Editorial and are protected under international copyright and trademark laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access articles for personal, non-commercial reading. Redistribution, modification, or duplication of any content without prior written consent from Aether is strictly prohibited.
3. Membership & Billing
Certain areas of our publication are restricted to paid members. By subscribing to Aether Membership, you agree to provide accurate credit card details and authorize automatic recurring billing based on your selected monthly or yearly billing plan.
Membership cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law.
4. Acceptable Use
When using Aether, you agree not to:
- Use scripts, scrapers, or other automated mechanisms to download large quantities of articles or metadata.
- Circumvent paywalls, subscription access barriers, or authorization mechanisms.
- Engage in behavior that disrupts server speed, site security, or layout delivery for other users.
5. Limitations of Liability
The materials on Aether Editorial are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Aether makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted site access.

6. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict your access to your subscription or membership accounts at any time, without prior notice, if we find you in violation of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use paid sections of the website will immediately cease.
